Wild Foal in Monument Valley
When you visit the Monument Valley Tribal Park, you may encounter the wild horses that roam through the park. These horses have been part of the landscape for hundreds of years, adding to this amazing place's majesty.
As we were departing the valley at the end of the day, we spotted a mare and her foal forging along a ridge. I grabbed my camera and headed out to follow them, and I captured this photograph of the foal standing alone along the ridge.
