Blue Mesa within Petrified Forest, Arizona
Blue Mesa is a stunning section within the Petrified Forest National Park. The area is known for its striking blue and purple hues, which are caused by the presence of bentonite clay in the area. Visitors to the park can explore the Blue Mesa Trail, which takes them on a scenic hike through the petrified forest.
