Snow and Pines Flagstaff, Arizona
As we were scouting the area around Flagstaff for some shooting locations to photograph the San Francisco Peaks, we passed an area of tall pines. As it had just snowed the day before, we were able to get this photograph of the pine tree trunks, picking up the late afternoon light. The afternoon color provides a great contrast compared to the fresh snow.
