Landscape photography is always about the lighting. With its tall Hoodoos, areas like Bryce Point can create dramatic shadows, but sometimes you want a softer feel to the image. This is the look we were going for this photograph. By setting up to take a photo during the "Blue Hour", (the Blue hour is that time of day when the sun has set.) This time of day allows fabulous colors to come out without the shadows.
