A Trail Into Yellow at the White Tank Mountains State Park, Arizona
On Easter 2010, soon after we moved to Arizona, we explored the White Tank Mountains near our home. There had been heavy rains since we had moved in.
The reward of all that rain was amazing and spectacular. Everywhere we looked, there were gorgeous wildflowers. Masses of yellow flowers covered the ground, the hills, everywhere. The only name that fit was the one I chose. I will never forget that day with so much beauty.
